I am little bugged. The whole time my mom was in town I worked out hard, but ate awful. Balancing out at the end. I thought for sure yesterday,
continuing to workout but adding in eating good. I would loose weight. BUT Nope woke up to a extra pound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could understand this stupid weight loss thing!!
I am TOTALLY FEELING YA! I have been so good this week...well except for last night and I am up a pound also. Not only that, but all day yesterday I felt like I had a pregnant belly. It was popping out so far! What the heck??
