Sorry late at everything

I was going to wait and weigh in tomorrow until we went out to eat tonight. So I will take today weight. I gained 2lbs!! I am hoping next week I can work it off. Tomorrow we are running 7 miles so I am hoping to run it off!!

  1. With all that you guys are doing I think you need to seriously look at what you're eating. The only way you could exercise as much as you do and NOT lose weight is if there is something wrong with your diet. Work smarter, not harder. =) I am so proud of all you have accomplished. You have done AMAZING. Keep it up!! =)

  2. Korina, you're doing great. With as much as you've lost it definitely gets harder to lose weight. And everyone has those weeks where even if we're doing everything right we just gain. It even happens to contestants on Biggest Loser that are exercising 6-8 hours per day and eating healthy too. I always blame it on gaining muscle - muscle weighs more that fat right! At least it makes me feel better, even if it isn't added muscle. Don't beat yourself up over it. It'll come off!
