relief is in sight!

I am going to the podiatrist tomorrow!!! I am so excited. I know I've been a bucket full of complaints, but my feet have gotten worse and worse. I'm excited for some relief, even if it is temporary!

That is great Sarah! I would hate for you to get bogged down like I did and stop exercising. Just over a week till I get my relief! LOL

All about Sarah

I am a happy stay at home mom to four beautiful kids. I love being a mom, but having 4 children in 6 years took it's toll on my body. Not to mention that I really love food. I worry that a part of "Sarah" has been a little lost due to my weight gain. I felt some success and felt more like "me" until I got pregnant with #4 and now after baby, moving, and changes of life I'm back worse than I was when we started 2 years ago. My big fear came true. I can't wait to get back on track, gain confidence in myself, and recognize myself again. I think a part of weight loss is more in the mind than the body. I have a strong will and I know I can make my body reach to those limits and achieve my goals!!

1st weight goal: 25lbs down by 1st weekend in March.

I started this journey in October 2009! January 2010 we started on this blog. And April of 2010 I ran my first half marathon! I got pregnant in Aug 2010 and finally hit my goal weight of October of 2010. I had our fourth child in May 2011. I've lost some weight gained some back UGH! I went to a facebook group for awhile I'm hoping coming back to the old blog and comparing the new and the old week by week, maybe I won't get so upset with plateaus, if I see I got through them last time.
