Stupid Scale!

Stupid Scale! I gained a pound this week...... Not very happy about this. There were a lot of reasons and excuses I have for this weeks gain. BUT I GAINED!! ;(....

  1. Don't beat yourself up! You have been doing so awesome these last few weeks. (Well, actually since you started training for the 1/2 marathon) Gaining 1 pound is just going to make next week's loss that much greater!
